See proposed changes before anything is applied to your boards.

Run a scan after configuring your boards, matching rules, and primary output. Scan & Preview is the review step; applying changes is a separate action.

Review the result

Check which records matched and which did not.
Investigate ambiguous or unexpected matches.
Inspect the proposed output changes, including changes to existing values.
Resolve warnings or blocked results before continuing.

If the preview is not what you intended, return to the configuration, adjust it, and scan again.

A preview is a point-in-time assessment

Board contents and permissions can change after a scan. Apply revalidates before writing, so its result can differ if the underlying state changes. Inspect any reported differences instead of assuming an earlier preview still applies.
