Service and provider

Madrigal provides LinkBackfill, an app for matching records across monday.com boards, previewing and applying changes, and maintaining relationships or supported values through configured Connections. These terms apply to your use of LinkBackfill. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Your permissions and configuration

You are responsible for having authority to access and modify the boards and data used by your Connections. Check your matching rules, selected records, and outputs; review Scan & Preview before Apply; and enable real-time synchronization only when the configuration matches your intent. Keep appropriate backups and review changes to important data.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions and billing are handled through monday.com. The plan, price, trial, renewal, cancellation, and payment conditions shown during subscription apply. Manage your subscription through monday.com; removing the app should not be treated as confirmation of billing cancellation.

Plan capacity is measured in managed destination cells. See the product page for the current plans. Contact support for questions about app entitlements or billing.

Acceptable use

Use LinkBackfill lawfully and within your permissions and subscription. Do not use it to access another customer's data, bypass access or capacity controls, interfere with the service, or compromise the security of LinkBackfill or monday.com.

Availability

The service depends on monday.com and supporting infrastructure. Maintenance, outages, API limits, and other technical conditions may interrupt or delay operations. Madrigal does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that every synchronization will be immediate.

Customer data

You retain your rights in customer data. You authorize the processing necessary to provide the functions you configure and operate the service. The Privacy Policy explains the information processed, its purposes, retention, and how to make privacy requests.

Service changes

Features and these terms may change to reflect product updates, platform requirements, security needs, or applicable law. Important changes may be communicated through the service or service notices. The current terms and effective date are available here.

Communications

Madrigal may contact users when necessary for service operation, support, security, billing, important product changes or legal notices. Unrelated marketing communications will not be sent unless the recipient has chosen to receive them.

Suspension and termination

Madrigal may restrict or suspend access where necessary to address misuse, a security risk, a breach of these terms, or loss of a required subscription or platform permission. You may stop using the app and manage cancellation through monday.com. Retention of information after use ends is described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Madrigal is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, LinkBackfill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or affects mandatory rights under applicable law.
