- monday.com account and user identifiers where required to provide the service.
- Board, item, and column identifiers.
- Connection configuration, including selected boards, matching rules, outputs, and synchronization settings.
- Subscription and billing entitlement information needed to determine access and plan capacity.
- Board data required to perform matching, Scan & Preview, Apply, and synchronization.
- Technical logs, request identifiers, and error information for reliability, security, and troubleshooting.
- Information you choose to send in support or privacy correspondence.
How information is used
Customer data is used to provide and operate LinkBackfill, maintain Connections, check service entitlements, respond to support requests, diagnose problems, and protect the service. Madrigal does not sell customer data or use it for behavioral advertising.

Technical and service providers may process information where required to operate the service, including hosting, service communications, troubleshooting, and billing. Hosting request logs and support email may contain technical or contact information. These website practices do not mean the installed LinkBackfill app processes no customer data.
