Realtime sync
Keep a saved Connection working as board data changes.
Realtime synchronization is an optional mode for maintaining a saved Connection. First check the configuration with a manual Scan & Preview and verify its output.
Activate sync
- Open the saved Connection.
- Check its boards, matching rules, and destination columns.
- Enable realtime synchronization using the Connection controls.
- Review the displayed sync status and any actions requested by the app.
Permissions, account access, billing state, and managed-cell capacity may affect whether a Connection can run. Read any status message before assuming synchronization is active.
Monitor changes
Check the output after a representative board change. Realtime does not mean a guaranteed immediate update: processing and platform limits can affect timing. This guide does not promise a latency or availability level.
Use Pause / Resume sync when you need to review an ongoing Connection.
